Non-stock items such as door and frame assemblies: 2-8 weeks.

SHIPPING:
F.O.B. St. Louis, MO or Manufacturing Point.
FREE SHIPPING . . . On orders of $250.00 or more for locker parts using UPS Ground only. All other items are F.O.B. St. Louis, Missouri or manufacturing point.

RETURN OF MERCHANDISE:
A restocking charge of 10% of the order plus shipping charges will be charged for parts incorrectly ordered. If in doubt-send a sample. Production items cannot be returned.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER:
Orders for stock items can be cancelled.
Orders for production items cannot be cancelled.
