Jensen Swing Commercial Heavy Duty Tire Swivel works on 3 1/2” O.D. schedule 40 pipe framed swing sets. It has a heavy duty universal joint with a rubber boot and comes in red. ½” carriage bolt and nut are included.  It hangs down 10 1/4″ from pipe.
